Meet the Team!

We're a small group, but we pack a punch. We've worked with over 1,500 charities, community groups and commissioners. We understand the problems you're facing, and how best to solve them.

Bring your full self to work.

Too often people feel they have to be someone they are not at work. Plinth works differently. Just like the organisations we work with, we care about trust and authenticity.

Across the team we have philosophy nerds, religion nerds, yoga nerds, fancy dress nerds and plenty more. That is rather the point. What makes a good team is an environment that gets you excited to come to work every day.

There will be ups and downs, but we aim to build somewhere you can always take pride in your work.

Come and work with us
