Does Plinth decide which applicants pass due diligence?
No. Due diligence runs the checks and shows each result with a link to the record or document it came from. Your team reviews the results and makes the decision.
Can we keep our current grant management system?
Yes. Plinth can be your complete grant management system, an application portal that sends applications to your existing system, or an assessment portal that pulls applications in for AI assessment. The Salesforce integration, including the Outbound Funds Module, is live with Rank Foundation, Kent CF, NI CF and Staffordshire CF. Charity Commission and Companies House data are built in, with an API and CSV or Excel export whenever you want it.
How is our data protected?
Plinth is hosted on Google Cloud in the EU (europe-west3), with static assets served via Vercel. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with TLS on every connection and passwords salted and hashed with scrypt. Independent penetration testing runs every year, and attestations are available on request. Backups run daily and are kept for 30 days, with point-in-time recovery for the last 7 days. Access is role-based with row-level permissions, and every data change is written to an audit log. Plinth is GDPR compliant, and your data is never used to train any AI models.
