Questions about pricing

Are prices shown with or without VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Use the VAT switch above the plans to see them with VAT at 20% added.
I'm already a customer. Does my price change?
No. If you are already a customer, you stay on your current rate until your contract renews.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Fundraising, case management and booking systems each have a free Community plan. The case management one is recommended for organisations that turn over less than £500,000.
Do I pay per user?
Only for fundraising. The paid fundraising plans are priced per user per month, with a minimum of three users, and colleagues who only need visibility can stay on the free tier. Case management has no per-seat charge, and the paid grant management and booking plans have an annual price.
How long does grant management onboarding take?
Six to eight weeks as standard. With the fast-track onboarding add-on, you can be live in two weeks.
Can I combine products?
Yes. We can create a bespoke package tailored to your needs, and bundling several programmes brings the price per programme down. Book a call and we will size it with you.
