Q&A with Colchester CMA Debt Centre

The questions and answers below are also output as FAQ structured data (JSON-LD) on this page for search engines and other tools.

What have you been able to achieve using Plinth?

Since integrating Plinth, our grant application process has transformed hugely. Previously, managing grants involved juggling tasks between myself and the board of trustees, along with numerous phone calls to gather scattered information. It was rather higgledy-piggledy and time-consuming.

With Plinth, we've centralised all our documents and data needed to write grants, making the process smooth and more importantly fast. Within 10 minutes I had a great first draft of a grant and within 30 minutes I was submitting it. Using Plinth we were able to win our first National Lottery grant.

How easy has it been to get set up?

Setting up Plinth was straightforward and quick. A couple of Zoom sessions with Tom, and we were ready to go. The system is user-friendly, and even those who aren't tech-savvy adapted quickly. You can have multiple users on the system at once making it easier to share the load and get input from our board members.

What are the positive effects on your organisation?

The primary positive effect has been the successful acquisition of our largest grant yet! This success has boosted our confidence in pursuing further funding opportunities. The time saved on administrative tasks has allowed us to focus more on our core mission.

Do you have any other advice to others?

My advice to others considering Plinth is simple: stop wasting time writing your own bids. Plinth's AI grant writing and centralised document management offer an amazing platform that can transform your funding and operations.

Anything else you'd like to mention?

Plinth has made our grant application process smoother and more efficient, giving us more time to support our service users. By keeping everything in one place and using AI for good we've been able to help more people than ever before.
